Format
-Time of assessment with team: 1 day, in-person or online
-We start with an intake with the investor/team where we understand more about the team and the business. e.g. where do the founders come from, what obstacles have they overcome. We also discuss the business and team challenges for the future.
- After the intake, we send different personality and team questionnaires and have individual meetings with all founders/management team members.
-Finally, we have a 2-hour session with all the founders/management team members jointly.

Follow up
We deliver an extensive team assessment report which includes practical recommendations for the next 12 months and we discuss this in a final meeting with the team and the investor.
