High Impact Team Assessment
Every experienced investor will tell you: the most important success element of any company is the team who’s building it, day in and day out. If that’s the case: why is no one offering high quality team scans for impact-driven startups? And why is there still so much focus on legal due diligence and financial due diligence and not on team assessments? With those questions in mind, we set out to develop a method to help you assess the skills and capabilities needed to scale an impact startup. In this assessment we take a closer look at the founders/management team’s performance, commitment, and shared values.

Format
– Time of assessment with team: 1 day, in-person or online
– We start with an intake with the investor/team where we understand more about the team and the business. e.g. where do the founders come from, what obstacles have they overcome. We also discuss the business and team challenges for the future.
– After the intake, we send different personality and team questionnaires and have individual meetings with all founders/management team members.
– Finally, we have a 2-hour session with all the founders/management team members jointly.

Participants
Number of participants depends on how big the participating team is.
Follow up
We deliver an extensive team assessment report which includes practical recommendations for the next 12 months and we discuss this in a final meeting with the team and the investor.
