Artemis Kubala
Artemis Kubala works at the intersection of inclusion, communication and systems change. Trained in international and European law, conflict and development, and mediation, she focuses on how meaningful conversations can unlock collaboration and collective action in complex societal challenges.
She is the founder of Speaking Bug, where she facilitates strategic conversations, moderates public dialogues, and produces podcasts that surface diverse perspectives and lived experiences. Through this work she supports organizations, networks and leaders in navigating sensitive topics, strengthening cultural intelligence, and translating complexity into clarity and connection.
Alongside her independent practice, Artemis invests part of her time in the communications and fundraising work of Solentra, contributing to the visibility and development of community-based, transcultural mental health care for people with a refugee or migration background.
She is also a member of the investment committee of Trividend, where she contributes to the evaluation of social impact investments and the broader ecosystem supporting social entrepreneurship. She contributes to advisory boards and governance bodies in the non-profit sector, including organisations working on social innovation, entrepreneurship and culture.
Within We Are Impact Collective, Artemis brings a facilitative lens to systemic change: helping people listen across differences, connect ideas across sectors, and shape conversations that allow new pathways for impact to emerge.
