Tamara Lenaerts
Tamara is an expert in group dynamics and facilitation, specializing in guiding teams, networks and learning groups through processes of collaboration, (personal) transformation and dialogue. With a background in both business economics and the performing arts, she combines structured strategic thinking with deep insights into human interaction, group behavior, and communication.
For over 25 years, Tamara has facilitated hundreds of teams and learning groups across companies, governments, and social organizations. Her expertise lies in helping groups navigate key transition moments, whether it’s starting, restarting, or addressing challenges in collaboration. She is also a moderator and event facilitator, designing spaces where people can connect in meaningful ways, ensuring that authentic interaction and full engagement are at the heart of every session.
Tamara is particularly passionate about gender dynamics and the role of women in leadership and impact spaces. As the founder of She & Company and through organising Fluisterfestival, she works on strengthening the recognition and appreciation of feminine qualities, both in women and in men. Through her work, she fosters a more balanced and inclusive approach to leadership, decision making, and organizational culture.
She also brings her experience as a theater director into her facilitation work, helping speakers and teams develop presence, confidence, and effective storytelling, a skillset that makes her particularly valuable in events, conferences, and leadership programs. Within WAIC, she plays a key role in team processes, group dynamics, and gender inclusive approaches to leadership and collaboration.
