THE COLLECTIVEÂ
A NETWORK OF DEDICATED GUIDES DRIVING IMPACT TOGETHER
Driven by a strong collective of dedicated guides, WAIC is built on the expertise of a diverse core group of professionals who navigate the complex challenges faced by our clients (and our society 🙂). Only through our collaborative and multi-perspective knowledge and experience, we can see the interconnected issues of our time and reshape, rethink and nurture the new that needs to be born.
At the heart of our approach is this core team, complemented by a carefully selected network of expert fly-ins. These fly-ins are chosen for their expertise, network and experience, ensuring that we only work with the best in the field. These fly-ins, such as Jamy Goewie, Els De Ridder, Narina Mnatsakanian, Katrien Van Rompay and many more play a crucial role in shaping our mission and approach of collective wisdom.
WAIC is not a traditional organization—it is a collective of independent professionals. All of our members, including our core team, operate as freelancers, each pursuing their own projects and initiatives that align with our shared mission. We embrace a non-hierarchical, co-creative structure, where every project—whether initiated by WAIC or one of our members—is shaped collectively, ensuring that expertise and perspectives flow freely between us. People we work for have a dedicated team, project plans, budgets…all of that. By the way, you would be surprised how much faster and effective we work compared to a traditionally organized structure. We are more like a swarm, or a squad team. Curious to try?
